Viva Taos Realty is managed and owned by the Taos real estate agents Beth Pittman and Meg Scherrer. The both live in Taos and have for a long time. Beth Pittman has been a real estate agent in Taos for over 14 years, while Meg has spent the last 25 years working in the real estate development, title and lending, before getting her real estate license 2 years ago.  Meg first moved to Taos in 1989 to escape the crowds of San Diego and opened a bookstore with her sister. Although, she moved away in 1992, she returned to Taos often to visit and dreamed about returning as soon as possible.  Beth and her husband, Bill Pittman, moved to Taos from Houston in 1988. Their love of skiing first brought them to the area. Beth, her friend and realtor, found the perfect plot of land for her to buy and soon she found herself back in her beloved Taos in 2004. Beth and Meg believe in idea of working together as.  They tend to take thier clients individual needs into account wich makes everyone happy. Whenever possible, they go on listing and showing appointments together (two minds are better than one). Their clients know that they can speak to either one of them and get the same result and it is twice as easy to get your realtor on the phone.
